Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch makes treat deliveries for first responders

MERCERSBURG, PA Oct. 29, 2024 – Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch celebrated local officials on Monday, Oct. 28, National First Responders Day, by delivering treats to local public safety departments in the mid-Michigan area.

Representatives of Herbruck’s, a fourth-generation family business, made deliveries to Ionia County Central Dispatch, Saranac Community Fire Department, Berlin-Orange Fire Department, Campbell Township Fire Department and Lake Odessa Fire Department to thank first responders for their work in keeping the community safe.

“Our local first responders work very hard to keep our community safe, and this is our small way of saying ‘thank you’ for their exceptional service,” said Amy Herbruck, community relations manager at Herbruck’s. “Herbruck’s is proud to support our first responders on First Responders Day and all year long.”

National First Responders Day recognizes police officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, dispatchers and other public health workers. Along with sweet treats, Herbruck’s delivered gift cards for treats and snacks to the departments that have on-call workers, so everyone has a chance to enjoy a sweet treat.

Herbruck’s takes great pride in being a good neighbor, and along with these deliveries donates funding, supplies and other resources to various organizations. Herbruck’s donates more than 2 million eggs annually.
