Egg Visionaries

Herbruck’s is a leading egg production company based in Saranac, Michigan. Though we’ve grown significantly since our humble beginnings in 1958, we maintain the small family farm mindset that made us successful — and the vision for a better, more ethical egg.

Our history

Do you know the difference between different grades of eggs?
Grade AA: Eggs have thick, firm whites and high, round yolks. Their shells are clean and unbroken.
Grade A: Eggs are like Grade AA, but their white are "reasonably" firm. Grade A eggs are usually sold in stores.
Grade B: Eggs have thin whites and wider yolks. The shells are unbroken but might show slight stains. #eggs
