Herbruck’s Kendallville Plant

Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch, a fourth-generation leading egg producer, is building a new egg processing plant in Kendallville, Indiana. The northeast Indiana plant in Noble County will begin production in spring 2026.

About the Kendallville Plant

Herbruck’s plant in Kendallville will increase Herbruck’s egg processing capacity to meet customer demand, allow for the local processing of Indiana eggs, and distribute eggs from the site directly to our retail customers.

The 75,000-square-foot plant will have a positive impact on the Kendallville community through investment, jobs, and community involvement. We look forward to participating in community events and local organizations that help make Kendallville a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

The plant will create job opportunities for local residents and will employ 60 people when it is fully operational in spring 2026.
