Herbruck’s Blue Springs Egg Farm helps spread holiday cheer through sponsorship of annual Christmas tree lighting

MERCERSBURG, Penn. – Herbruck’s Blue Springs Egg Farm recently helped spread holiday cheer in Mercersburg through its sponsorship of the annual Christmas tree lighting.

Blue Springs, operated by fourth-generation family business Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch, was this year’s sponsor of the Tuscarora Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual Merry Little Christmas Celebration, held on Saturday, Nov. 25. The event featured an evening filled with festive cheer in the town square and the lighting of the Christmas tree.

“The annual Christmas tree lighting is a favorite event in our community and a chance for us to all come together, celebrate the holidays and reflect on the year,” said Derek Stoy, environmental health and safety manager at Herbruck’s Blue Springs Egg Farm. “Herbruck’s is proud to be involved in our community and help contribute to holiday traditions that mean so much to our community.”

The event was a magical evening filled with performances from local groups, including the Sanctuary Dance Studio and the James Buchanan Choir.

Herbruck’s focuses on being a good neighbor through egg donations, sponsorship of community events and partnerships with local organizations.
