Herbruck’s makes leadership transitions
Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch today announced leadership transitions that will help move the fourth-generation family business forward, furthering its leadership in the poultry industry and on sustainability.
Stephen Herbruck will remain chairman of the Herbruck’s Board of Directors, while Greg Herbruck will assume the role of CEO and remain vice chairman of the board, focusing on the future strategy and vision of the company. Harry Herbruck III will assume the role of President, conducting the day-to-day management responsibilities at Herbruck’s.
The shift allows Stephen Herbruck to focus on his strengths of visionary leadership while mentoring the company’s future leadership and continuing to lead with his involvement in board leadership positions and industry associations. In his new role, Greg Herbruck will report directly to Stephen Herbruck.
In the CEO role, Greg Herbruck’s direct reports will include the President, CFO, and Human Resources group, while Harry Herbruck III will oversee the Operational, Capitol Projects, and Sales and Marketing groups.
“As we look forward to the future, we’re confident in the prosperity of Herbruck’s because of Stephen’s visionary leadership,” said Greg Herbruck. “Stepping aside as CEO will allow Stephen to focus more on what he most excels in and will put the future of the company in a very good position to remain a leader in the poultry industry.”
“This shift allows us to continue building on the legacy that has been created by the hard work and dedication that our teams have shown throughout the years,” said Harry Herbruck III. “I’m excited for this opportunity to play a critical role in guiding Herbruck’s into the future.”
